Shoots Program
Madkour Shoots Program is Madkour Group's flagship internship initiative, designed to cultivate the next generation of talent by offering university students an immersive, hands-on learning experience in the construction and energy sectors.
Launched as part of our commitment to sustainable talent development, the program equips interns with real-world skills through structured learning paths, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and exposure to live projects across multiple departments.
Whether in engineering, project management, business support, or technical operations, interns are encouraged to explore their potential, contribute meaningfully, and gain practical insights into their future careers.
Program Timeline
Our 2-month internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience, continuous learning, and career exposure through structured phases.
Week 1
Onboarding Phase
Company orientation, team integration, Soft Skills Training.
Week 2 – Week 6
Learning & Development Phase
The program starts by building foundational technical knowledge. As participants advance, they move on to develop higher-level skills, contribute to real projects, apply what they've learned, and benefit from feedback and check-ins.
Week 7 – Week 8
Wrap-up & Evaluation Phase
Final Project Preparation, Presentation to Managers & Mentors, strategic project implementation, post-program survey, and discussion on next steps or talent pipeline inclusion.

Construction – Electrical

Engineering – Architecture
Gain hands-on experience in architectural design and multidisciplinary coordination. By the end of the program, you'll create Project Forecast Reports, present insights to stakeholders, and understand how cost control drives project success. Business Process & Quality Assurance
