Ahmed Yousry is the General Manager of MADKOUR Utilities, with over 13 years of experience in electrical infrastructure. Since joining MADKOUR in 2015, he has transitioned from a technical specialist in Control and Protection to a strategic executive, driving the Utilities division to become an award-winning organization.
Ahmed’s leadership is defined by a rare blend of technical mastery and commercial strategy, enabling him to optimize large-scale utility frameworks from power generation plants to high-voltage distribution networks. His career is marked by a commitment to operational excellence across the region’s mega-infrastructure projects. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering and has completed advanced executive training in leadership and strategic management.

Deputy CEO for Distribution and Utilities
Ahmed El Gazzar is the Deputy CEO for Energy Distribution and Utilities Affairs, with over 20 years of experience in mega-infrastructure development. He has strengthened his leadership through advanced executive diplomas in Project Management, Supply Chain, and Finance from top-tier European institutions.
Ahmed’s leadership is defined by his ability to bridge high-level commercial governance with the technical complexities of energy distribution. His expertise in supply chain optimization and project lifecycle management ensures the efficient delivery of critical utility ventures. Drawing on his tenure at the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC), he brings a profound foundation in national grid operations.
