MADKOUR GDP is an elite, high-performance fast-track designed for the most promising university graduates. We select a limited number of top-tier candidates through a multi-stage selection process to join a prestigious 6-months rotational journey. This program is the blueprint for creating versatile leaders who understand the heartbeat of our integrated business model.
To ensure a holistic understanding of our operations, each "Graduate Associate" undergoes a series of immersive 2-month assignments assignments across our core business foundations.
This cross-functional exposure ensures that by the end of the program, our graduates are not just specialists, but strategic thinkers who are fully aligned with MADKOUR's process and procedures. Through hands-on assignments and mentorship from industry leaders, we equip our GDPs with the technical mastery and operational wisdom required to lead the projects of tomorrow.
