Working in collaboration with Ricon Contracting and Energy, and in our capacity as a licensed electricity distributor and smart metering service provider, we are delivering a full-scope solution. This covers contracting with commercial and administrative unit owners and tenants, supplying and installing smart prepaid electricity meters, operating and managing the metering system, electricity billing and collection, monthly energy revenue reconciliation, customer service, and technical support for the metering infrastructure.

Spanning approximately 11,000 m² with a total connected capacity of 4.5 MVA and around 200 commercial and administrative units, the project ensures accurate consumption measurement, transparent billing, efficient customer management, and reliable electricity services across the development — while smart prepaid metering and centralized meter management drive improved energy efficiency and reduced distribution losses.

This contract was won through our ability to deliver a complete, licensed, and integrated electricity distribution solution through a single experienced provider — backed by extensive experience in electricity distribution and smart metering, strong centralized operational capabilities, and a proven track record in managing the full electricity service cycle.

The project is also expected to sustain specialized technical and operational roles, including metering engineers and technicians, billing and collection specialists, customer service personnel, energy accounting professionals, and technical support teams.

ويمتد المشروع على مساحة تقارب 11,000 م² بقدرة كهربائية إجمالية تبلغ 4.5 ميجافولت أمبير وحوالي 200 وحدة تجارية وإدارية، بما يضمن دقة قياس الاستهلاك، وشفافية الفوترة، وكفاءة إدارة العملاء، وموثوقية الخدمات الكهربائية. كما يسهم نظام العدادات الذكية مسبقة الدفع والإدارة المركزية للعدادات في تحسين كفاءة الطاقة والحد من الفاقد.
