In its first key move, the Board has appointed Eng. Adham El Kady as Group CEO and Managing Director, with full responsibility for our executive operations. Dr. Mostafa Madkour will lead the Board as Non-Executive Chairman, focusing on our long-term strategy and vision, while handing over executive management to the new CEO.
Dr. Mostafa Madkour stated: "Today marks a new chapter for Madkour. By separating ownership from management, we are building a stronger, more professional organization for the future. I am fully confident that Eng. Adham’s international experience is exactly what we need to lead our Group forward. The Board will now focus on our long-term strategy, while Eng.
