Dr. Mostafa Madkour Highlights Key Success Drivers at Siemens Mobility Talk

As a guest speaker in the high-level panel discussion titled “Mega Railway Trends in Egypt and MEA” at Siemens’ #Mobility_Talk Students’ Summit, Dr. Mostafa Madkour, Chairman and CEO of MADKOUR Group pointed out to the success factors of the group which are: the clear strategic vision and agile execution, capacity building through continuous training, and building strong trusted strategic partnerships with global companies like Siemens facilitate knowledge exchange, shared expertise, and integrated capabilities to achieve success”.
Dr. Mostafa addressed the need for bridging the gap between education and labor market demands particulary in the mobility sector which currently suffers from a shortage of qualified technical workers. “Investment in training enhances corporate competitiveness, empowers youth, and ensures the sustainability of critical sectors”. He added: “This is the core of MADKOUR Academy, the educational arm of MADKOUR Group.

بصفته متحدثاً رئيسياً في جلسة النقاش رفيعة المستوى بعنوان "اتجاهات السكك الحديدية الكبرى في مصر والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا" ضمن قمة سيمنز الطلابية التي نظمتها سيمنز، استعرض الدكتور مصطفى مدكور، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة مدكور، عوامل نجاح المجموعة والتي تتمثل في: الرؤية الاستراتيجية الواضحة والمرونة في التنفيذ، وبناء الكفاءات من خلال الاهتمام بالتدريب المستمر وإقامة شراكات استراتيجية قوية وموثوقة مع شركات عالمية مثل سيمنز والذي يُسهّل تبادل المعرفة والمهارات ودمج القدرات لتحقيق النجاح".
كما تناول الدكتور مصطفى الحاجة إلى سد الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم ومتطلبات سوق العمل، خاصة في قطاع النقل الذي يعاني من نقص العمالة الفنية المؤهلة. وأكد أن "الاستثمار في التدريب يعزز القدرة التنافسية للشركات، ويمكّن الشباب، ويضمن استدامة القطاعات الحيوية"، مضيفاً أن "ذلك يمثل جوهر أكاديمية مدكور، الذراع التعليمي لمجموعة مدكور".
