We are proud to announce the successful energization of the 220 kV Kureimat – East Cairo transmission line at the Car Market site.
The project marks a pivotal step in a national initiative to reorganize high-voltage transmission routes. Executed in two phases, the project is part of a comprehensive plan to relocate high-voltage lines outside of urban development zones, supporting the southern expansion and development of New Cairo.
The scope includes the reorganization and execution of four critical high-voltage lines:
- Kureimat / East Cairo – 220 kV
- Investors / Tagamoa El Khamis – 66 kV
- Zahraa El Maadi / El Narges – 220 kV
- Katameya / Tagamoa El Khamis – 66 kV
