During the 21st APUA Congress, Eng. Karim Ehab Salah highlighted the vital role of energy storage solutions, especially BESS, in improving the efficiency of wind and solar projects in Egypt and Africa. He also stressed the need to expand Africa’s share of global green finance and noted that upcoming CBAM regulations in 2026 will make carbon reduction essential for both environmental impact and financial competitiveness.
