The ceremony "Partners of Success... Impact Makers", held at the premises of the National Council for Women as part of the "She Leads" program, witnessed the honouring of MADKOUR Group - the platinum sponsor of the program, by Youth Leaders Foundation.

Accepting the award on behalf of Dr. Mostafa Madkour, Chairman and CEO of Madkour Group, were Dr. Omnia Madkour, Vice President for Human Capital and MADKOUR Academy, and Mr. Osama Amin Madkour, Vice President for Administration. The recognition also included Ms. Shymaa Zaatar, and Ms. Afaf Abdelrahman, for their efforts during the program.

During her speech at the celebration, Dr. Omnia Madkour emphasised the group's commitment to enhancing its social role and supporting women and female entrepreneurs from vocational schools in Egypt, reaffirming the group's ongoing support for working women in Egypt.

The "She Leads" program is the first to support female students in vocational education in Egypt, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and the National Council for Women. The program aims to support female vocational students by developing their skills and ideas and transforming them into stable sources of income through modern training designed to enhance their personal and practical skills. The program has successfully delivered over 4,500 training courses to more than 500,000 female students in vocational schools across 20 different governorates in Egypt.
