Dr. Mostafa, acquired his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and machines from Cairo University. Directly after his graduation, he joined Shaker Consulting Group for 17 years, during which he was a key player, who strongly contributed to the group’s success; helping it become the leading energy consulting group in the MENA region. During this tenure, Dr. Mostafa acquired his PH.D Degree in the field of Electrical Power & Machines from Cairo University, in affiliation with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.

Hesham Mostafa Amin Madkour , Egyptian national, born in 1994. Hesham is the Vice President and Deputy CEO of Madkour Group. Hisham holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Global Management from the university of Milwaukee , Wisconsin , USA. Hesham’s expertise is mainly geared to business development and entrepreneurship. He has acquired experience in re-developing various corporate business modules to enhance businesses operational efficiency and effectiveness for both local and international companies.
After acquiring his BSc, in Global Management, Hesham worked with a renowned Bueno catering retail chain in Milwaukee, diligently revamping their business module and identifying and implementing new strategic business opportunities for the retail chain to expand their operations. Ahmed joined Madkour in 2015, as a Proposal and Contracts Manager, and through continuous self development, he succeeded in pursing a fast track career progression reaching to Supply Chain Director, then to General Manager for Madkour Projects. Throughout the past 5 years, Ahmed has successfully pursued all sides for various mega infrastructure projects development. He started initially on the commercial side, as Proposal & Contracts Manager, managing multi million dollars contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, in ways that optimized Madkour’s efficiency and performance in delivering fast track and efficient turnkey projects with optimum ROIs. Prior to that he was a senior Proposal & Contracts Manager for one of the leading EPC electro- mechanical contractors in the region. Ahmed’s appointment to this position was considered as a leap in his career progression, that was mainly based on his profound achievements as an Operations & Maintenance Engineer in EETC ( Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company), where he worked for two years.
