The sector is also responsible for utilizing the organization’s strength to approach the market, generate work volume, and close deals with integrated engineered solutions; thereby keeping MADKOUR GROUP ahead of the competition and favored by its clients.

The Operation Sector is concerned with handling the project execution process, from engineering and procurement to construction and governance. It is responsible for managing day-to-day operations by ensuring efficiency in terms of using the minimum resources needed, and effectiveness in terms of meeting customer requirements and maintaining client satisfaction.

The Human Capital Sector takes a leadership role in providing services that support Madkour Group’s vision by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable asset and will be treated as such.
