MADKOUR Group was honoured to sponsor the annual conference for the Community Service and Environmental Development sector, titled "Social Responsibility of Universities in Light of the National Strategy for Higher Education," under the auspices of Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Qasid, President of Menoufia University, and Mr. Mohamed Moussa, Deputy Governor of Monofia and in the presence of Mr. Osama Madkour, Vice President, MADKOUR Group.

Mr. Osama Madkour received the appreciation trophy on behalf of Dr. Mostafa Madkour, Chairman and CEO of Madkour Group. Mr. Osama stated in his speech that social responsibility is not just words but a real commitment from companies towards the community in which they operate. MADKOUR Group plays a pioneering and effective role in serving the community in various fields, most importantly in education and supporting outstanding students through funding research and studies and organizing workshops and training programs for students. Additionally, in the realm of CSR, the group also supports small projects and CSR initiatives of infrastructure, and the groups in need of support.

MADKOUR Group attaches special importance to education through Madkour Academy, the group’s educational arm provides educational and training services to interns and graduates to qualify them for their future careers, and also gives great attention to supporting the community and the Egyptian universities, and sponsoring scientific research conferences, and technical education.
